4. Intellectual property

The ASLI أصلي trademark, the logo, the visual identity, the texts and the source code of the site are protected. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without written authorisation is prohibited.

Videos produced by creators remain the property of their authors, subject to the assignment of rights granted to brands under the conditions set out in the terms and conditions.

5. Reporting content or behaviour

From the platform. A “Report” button is available wherever you see someone: on a creator profile, on a brand, on every message and on every delivered video. Reports are confidential — the person concerned is not informed — and they are read by a person, not by an automatic filter. We undertake to handle them within 24 hours.

Blocking. Independently of any report, you can block another user at any time from the same screens. The effect is immediate and mutual: you no longer see their content, and they no longer see yours. You manage your blocks from your My account area, and they are as easy to undo as they are to set.

By email. To report unlawful content, or an infringement of copyright or of image rights, write to legal@asliugc.com stating the URL concerned, the nature of the infringement and your contact details. For any other abuse: contact@asliugc.com. A report by email carries exactly the same weight as a report from the platform, and the same time limit applies.

Possible outcomes. After review: no further action, a warning, removal of the content, or suspension of the account. A suspension is notified to the person concerned with its reason, does not deprive them of access to their data, and can be challenged by replying to contact@asliugc.com.

6. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in detail in the privacy policy. Dedicated contact: donnees@asliugc.com.
