How it works

Your brief in 10 minutes
Product, message, languages, platforms, length, whether you ship a product or provide digital access, a woman or man creator if it matters for your product. The writing assistant suggests hooks.

Applications
Creators in the requested language and niche are notified as soon as the campaign is activated. You see their cards, listen to their accent, accept who you want. On managed offers, the team proposes an ASLI Selection.

Shooting within 7 days
The clock starts when the creator receives the product or access — not at payment. The creator declares progress; the platform sends the reminders.

Approval and revisions
You watch, request a revision if needed (included depending on the offer), approve. A video still non-compliant after revision: replacement within 14 days, then a credit valid 12 months.

Publishing
You receive the video and publish it on your accounts. You can also ask the creator to post it on their account and give you the ad code: Spark Ads on TikTok, partnership ads on Instagram. Starter and Growth: €50 excl. VAT per video and per platform; included in Signature.
UGC or ASLI Talents: two different purchases
UGC: you buy a video for your ads. You publish and sponsor it; your views come from your budget, not from the creator’s followers. That is the offer shown below.
ASLI Talents: you buy a creator’s audience — they post on their account, to their followers (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube). Their audience is verified by connecting their account, not declared. On request, case by case: the creator sets their price, ASLI charges a separate 20% service fee, and a written contract binds you to the creator. Write to contact@asliugc.com.

Brand FAQ
Who publishes the video?
You, on your accounts, with ad rights included in every offer. You can ask the creator to also post it on their account and give you the ad code (Spark Ads on TikTok, 365 days; partnership ads on Instagram): €50 excl. VAT per video and per platform on Starter and Growth, included in Signature. The creator earns €40 more per video and per platform.
When does the 7-day clock start?
When the creator receives the product or digital access, otherwise when their application is accepted. Never at order or payment. The deadline can be set in the brief from 3 to 30 days (7 by default).
What if I do not like the video?
2 revisions per video are included on Starter and Growth, unlimited on Signature. If it is still non-compliant: replacement within 14 days, then a credit valid 12 months.
Can I contact the creator directly?
Through the platform’s messages, yes, and only there. You never see their full name or social networks: payment, delivery, rights and arbitration all go through ASLI — that is what protects your work.
Are the videos made with AI?
No. Every video is shot by a real creator, selected by the team, with their own face and voice. Faces and voices generated, cloned or replaced by AI are forbidden, even if declared: it is a written commitment by the creator (articles 10 and 12 of the Terms). No tool detects it automatically: you watch each video before approving it, and any doubt is reported as a breach, examined by the team.
My brand is outside the Maghreb and France. Is that fine?
Yes: ASLI is open to brands from 32 countries. Creators are in the Maghreb, Canada and Europe.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. A brand in France pays French VAT; a brand in the EU with a valid VAT number is invoiced without VAT (reverse charge); outside the EU, French VAT does not apply.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
In one click from the campaign page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month; pausing suspends the next charge, and creators already engaged finish their videos. A human answers within 48 business hours via the contact page.
